Virginia “Ginny” McEachern, age 82, of Venice, FL, passed away on November 24, 2024.  She was born in Melrose, MA on August 9, 1942 and came to Venice from Winthrop, MA.  Ginny was a postal worker and an active member of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church. She was involved in many charity and ministry organizations and will be remembered as a mother to all.

Surviving family members include her sons, Alan and Jason McEachern; and grandchildren Justin, Noelle, Anthony, Nicole, and Rachael. She was preceded in death be her grandson Jacob, who passed at age 10, and her former husband, Peter McEachern.

A memorial service will be held at Farley Funeral Home in Venice on Tuesday, December 17th at 5 pm with a reception to follow.

Memorial donations should be made to Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital.
