Willard "Bill" E. Parker

Willard “Bill” Parker of Winter Haven, Florida passed away on December 21, 2024. He was 73 years old. He was born on August 4, 1951, in Trenton, New Jersey and moved to Winter Haven in 1972 from Bordentown, New Jersey.

Bill was a carpenter for his whole career, which included working for Fleetwood Homes for 12 years and then Homes of Merit for another 10 years. He was a member of Stillwater Christian Life Center in Haines City, and he loved to fish and watch NASCAR, rooting for #88, Dale Jarrett. He was a member of the American Powerboat Association and volunteered at the WAY Center in Haines City. 

Bill is predeceased by his parents, Willard and Evelyn Sanders Parker and his sister, Linda Sharpe. He is survived by his wife, of 47 years, Debra K. Parker; son, Shawn Parker and his wife, Stacy of Colquitt, Georgia; brother, James Parker and his wife, Cheryl of Lakeland, Florida. And grandchildren, Kaytlyn Parker and Luke Parker. His extended family. Sister in-laws Pam Sykes of Haines City and Angela Klawon of Winter Haven and brother-in-law Harold L Sykes and his wife Billie Jean Sykes of Dundee Florida.   Nieces and nephews Austin and Quentin Klawon, Shannon, Jeff and David Sharpe.  Courtney Sykes, Ashley Loperena, Harold Devin Sykes.   

A visitation will be held on Friday, December 27, 2024, from 2:00 pm until the funeral at 3:00 pm, all at Oak Ridge Funeral Carre, Haines City. The final resting place will be at Forest Hill Cemetery, Haines City.
