Richard "Dick" R Hamilton, Jr

Rev. Richard “Dick” Royer Hamilton Jr. of Colorado Springs, was born in Syracuse, New York, on March 12, 1942. Richard passed away peacefully in his sleep on December 21, 2024.
Dick spent his life as a pastor, teacher, missionary, and a non-profit fundraiser for various Christian mission organizations before becoming a financial estate planning. He loved the Lord and enjoyed traveling the world, small aircrafts, naps in front of the tv, WWII history, and was eager to make friends with everyone he met.
Dick will be remembered for being kind and generous, and for being a loving father, grandfather, and husband. Dick is survived by his loving wife, Paula, three children, and six grandchildren, as well as his brother and sister.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 23rd, 2025 at Woodmen Valley Chapel – Rockrimmon Stone Chapel, 290 E. Woodmen Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80919. A reception will follow the service at the church.
