On the morning of December 30, 2024, Elizabeth Joann Vigil was called home, where she was joyfully reunited with her daddy Macario Ruiz, husband Leo Vigil and sister Beatrice Ruiz. Liz is survived by her two beloved sons, Ezekiel Gaschler (wife Shannon), John Paul Gaschler, along with the light of her life, her grandson, John Paul Jr. she also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends. Liz had a deep love for traveling, the ocean, good food, good drinks, and being in charge - a trait that brought smiles to those who knew her. Her vibrant spirit, unwavering loyalty, and boundless love for her family and friends were the hallmarks of her life. Liz's love was evident in everything she did, and there was nothing she wouldn't do for the people she cherished. We gather to celebrate Liz's incredible life on Thursday, January 16, 2025, ~ 1:00 pm at Romero Funeral Home, located at 4750 Tejon St., Denver, CO. 80211. A reception will follow the service, providing an opportunity for all to share memories and honor the life of a remarkable woman.
