It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Karen Ann Herren, 73, on December 9, 2024, in Palm Bay, Florida. Karen was born on July 15, 1951, in Port Jefferson, New York, and was a beloved Wife, Mother, Mamaw, Great Mamaw and friend.
Karen is survived by her devoted husband, Nicklous Willis Herren; her loving children, Alica Marie Herren, Matthew James Herren, and Denise Renee Simmons; and her cherished grandchildren, Christanna Nordbye, Micah Herren, Solomon Simmons, Jonathan Herren, Leah Jaeb, Lydia Goddard, Nicklous Simmons, and great grandson Peter Herren. She is also survived by many friends and extended family who loved her deeply.
A dedicated nurse for over 30 years, Karen spent her life caring for others, always with a gentle and giving spirit. She will be remembered for her kindness, her unwavering love for her family, and her boundless generosity. Above all, Karen’s greatest joy was spending time with her loved ones, and she touched the hearts of all who knew her.
Karen's memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends forever. May she rest in peace.
