Barbara was born and raised in Norristown, PA to Earl and Lucy Ann Biddy. She then moved to Little Egg Harbor, NJ where she raised three boys, Anthony, Michael and Charles.
Barbara worked in Atlantic City for 30 years she then retired and moved to Palm Bay, FL.
Barbara loved baking her famous chocolate walnut pie and sharing it with everyone she knew.
Preceded in death by her parents, step- father John Campbell and son Anthony Mallon. Barbara is survived by her sons Michael Coll of Palm Bay Fl and Charles Moser of Tuckerton. Her sisters, Marie Moore ( Dan Moore) , Lucy Heaton . Brothers Earl Biddy Jr (Johanna) Andrew Biddy (Diane). Granddaughters Abby and Emily Mallon, three great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
