Elizabeth Rea departed this life peacefully on January 26, 2025 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Elizabeth was born in Bayreuth, Germany on September 11, 1932 to Johann Max Hammon and Anna Katharina Hammon.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Werner Hammon; husband, Kenneth Rea; and sons, Michael, Kenneth and Steven.
She is survived by her daughters, Deborah, Caroline and Joanne; her sons, Brian and David; 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
She was an excellent cook, enjoyed reading, doing crossword puzzles, crocheting, playing bingo, and going to Cripple Creek.
She will be deeply missed.
