With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Ronal Lee Holt, 79, of Palm Bay, FL. He was born on January 18, 1946, in Dalton, Georgia. Ronal passed on February 13, 2025, after battling cancer, surrounded by his wife of 58 years, Brenda Kay Moore Holt, and his children: Michele Holt Dotson, Christopher Lee Holt, and Donna Holt Ward.
Ron was hard-working and dedicated. He spent many years as a wholesale salesman of mobile homes and later retired as an OTR driver. Despite his many responsibilities, he made time for family game nights, camping trips, fishing, boating, holidays, and summer vacations. He carried these traditions through with his grandchildren as well. He was a strong-willed man of integrity, morals, and family values.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda Kay Holt; children: Michele Dotson, Chris and Lisa Holt, Donna and Rex Ward; grandchildren: Malachi Holt, Makinnon Holt, Kirsten Ward, Orion Ward, Mallory Smitherman; great-grandchildren: Maverick Ward-Wheeler and Theodore Ward-Wheeler.
He is preceded in death by his son, Michael Shane Holt, grandson, Alexander Miles Dotson, and brother Jerry Holt
