Donna Grimley Meisenzahl, 71, of Palm Bay, Florida, passed away peacefully at her home on March 2, 2025. A beloved wife, mother and grandmother, Donna will always be remembered for her warm heart, vibrant spirit and quick wit. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Born on May 2, 1953, in Camden, New Jersey, during an erratic hailstorm, Donna was the second of four daughters of John J. and Miriam (Chew) Grimley. Growing up she pursued many hobbies - playing the accordion, learning to sew and performing as a majorette in high school. She had a lifelong love of reading and could often be found with a book in one hand and a sweet treat in the other, happily passing the time.

More than a decade ago Donna and husband Glenn left New Jersey for the warmth and sunshine of Palm Bay. There she found happiness in boating, floating in her pool with  a good book and a refreshing drink, decorating her home with carefully chosen treasures, and frequenting her local library to indulge her passion for history and true crime books. Above all she cherished the time spent with her family and friends.

Donna is survived by her devoted husband of twenty-one years, Glenn Meisenzahl; daughters Jaclyn Grimley and Jennie Meisenzahl; grandchildren Antonio Canal, Salvatore Delcollo, Dante Grimley, Angelique Grimley, Gabriel Grimley, Monique Arvelo, Julian Arvelo, Autumn Grimley, and Davina Arvelo; sisters, Nancy Caldwell and Elaine Sabol; many beloved nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her daughters, Christy Grimley and Joy Grimley and their father, Edward Sutton; and sister Miriam Grimley.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 17 at 11:00 A.M. at Ammen Family Cremation and Funeral Care, 950 Malabar Rd. SE, Palm Bay, Florida. A celebration of Donna's life will follow the service at 2120 Vally Rd. Malabar, Florida 32950.
