He had a deep appreciation for fine foods, from perfectly grilled steaks and fresh seafood to homemade comfort meals that reminded him of family gatherings. He enjoyed the smooth complexity of fine bourbons and cigars, always seeking out the best in craftsmanship and flavor. He found excitement in the thrill of Sebring Motorsport, where the roar of engines and the adrenaline of high-speed racing fueled his adventurous spirit.

Beyond his love for speed, Jose was also a devoted baseball fan. Whether watching his favorite team, attending games, or debating stats with friends and family, he found joy in every inning, pitch, and home run. Jose was preceded in death by his loving mother, Victoria. He is survived by his father, Jose, and his brothers, Corey, Ryan, and Nick. He also leaves behind his cherished nieces and nephew, who will forever treasure his love, guidance, and the unforgettable moments they shared.
