Lee Cecilio Garcia, a longtime resident of Commerce City, Colorado, passed away peacefully on March 16, 2025. He was 78 years old. Born on May 19, 1946, in Antonito, Colorado. Lee's life journey brought him to Commerce City, where he built a life and family.
Lee was a devoted husband to Katherine Garcia, with whom he shared 61 years of loving companionship. He was a loving and dedicated father to Michael Garcia, John Garcia, Christine Garcia, Richard Garcia, Alexander Garcia, and Anthony Garcia. He cherished his family and was a constant source of support and love. He was a proud grandfather to 20 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. He was also a beloved brother, uncle and father-in-law, leaving behind a legacy of warmth and kindness.
Lee was a dedicated Denver Broncos fan, rarely missing a game. He enjoyed the excitement of the casino and had a true passion for cooking, often creating incredible meals out of seemingly nothing. He had a remarkable ability to connect with people from all walks of life, and his friendly and approachable nature made him a friend to everyone he met.
