Anthony Edward Pinabell, Tony or Junior as he was affectionately known , aged 82 of Melbourne, FL, formerly of East Boston Massachusetts passed peacefully on March 11, 2025. Anthony was born December 16, 1942 to his late parents Anthony Sr and Virginia (Guerra) Pinabell. He was the eldest of six children who was raised and educated in East Boston High School class of 1960. He is an alumni of the machinist apprentice program. His artistic abilities rendered him a scholarship as well.
Tony married Charlotte, maiden name Peck, on December 31, 1971. The couple remained in East Boston where they built and raised their family together. They later moved to Melbourne, Florida in 1984. Raised in a home of Italian traditions, family was always an important aspect of his life making him a very devoted and hardworking father and spouse.
Tony was a very accomplished machinist who proudly owned his business Charton Engineering. His ability to create allowed him to craft precision tool die parts for Northtrop Grumman, Harris, and Harley Davidson motorcycles to name a few. He managed many companies and passed down a wealth of knowledge to his former employees. Working 3 jobs at one point, Tony provided an honorable example for his children. After 50 years of exemplary service Tony retired. He spent his later years perfecting his abilities as the family chef creating various dishes, with a speciality in Italian cuisine and desserts. He especially cherished his time and title as “Papa” to his 2 special grandsons Anthony and James.
He was the beloved husband of 53 years to his surviving wife Charlotte Pinabell. The loving father of Bryan Pinabell and father in law to his wife Katie of Foxboro, Massachusetts and his daughter Gina Pinabell of Melbourne, Florida. He was the “rock” to his surviving siblings Richard Pinabell & his companion Cecilly DiStephano of Florida, Lorraine Pinabell of Revere, MA, Roberta Marmiami & her late husband Thomas Marmiami, Sr. of Peabody, MA, Robert Pinabell & his late wife Joanne Pinabell of Revere, MA and the late Cathy Spinelli & her late husband Anthony Spinelli of Swampscott, MA. He was the supporting brother in law to Charlie Peck and wife Nellie of Melbourne, Roy Peck & wife De of Omaha, Nebraska, and James Peck and his companion Richard Arduengo of Jacksonville. He is the cherished and adored uncle to many. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. His legacy will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him dearly.
