Tatiana Soudakoff was born in Los Angeles, California, and then moved to Bloomigton, Indiana.  She attended Indiana University for two years, and moved to Boulder Colorado in 1969 where she edited poetry for Boulder Magazine.  In 1975, she received a degree in English and Education from Colorado College, and has been living, writing poetry and publishing in Colorado Springs ever since.  She has won several awards and letters of recognition for her work. She loved music, her friends, clever conversation, and sitting outside in the sun. Tatiana was preceded in death by her mother Mariamna Soudakoff,  father Stephen Soudakoff, and longtime partner Dirk Nielsen.  She is survived by her sister Varya Ware (Mark Ware),  niece Liza Tudor, nephew Jenkin Tudor(Brandy Lockhart Tudor) and longtime friend and caregiver Michael Berlin.
