June 27th, 1950 - March 20th, 2025
William C. (Bill) Rowen, 74 of St. Paul, passed away on March 20th, 2025 at United Hospital.He was born June 27th, 1950 in St. Paul, MN.Bill was a U.S. Navy Veteran where he served on the U.S.S. Camden and earned multiple commendations, including the Navy's Meritorious Unit Commendation.He was employed by Progress Foundries for over 40 years.When he wasn't working on a project, such as his house or lawn, Bill would spend most of his time with his family and friends. Between watching T.V. withhis wife, June Rowen, and meeting his long-time friends, Bill enjoyed the outdoors. You would often find him alone observing everything he could from the deckthat was built by him in his younger days. Bill loved and was loved by many, all of who will miss and be missed by him.He is survived by his wife, June Rowen of St. Paul; two children, Brian Rowen, Carrie Rowen both of St. Paul; grandson, Parker Rowen of St. Paul; sister,Barbara Krech;He was preceeded in death by Ray and Dorothy Rowen; brother, Gary Rowen.Funeral proceedings will take place March 28th, 2025.
