December 8th, 1965 - March 29th, 2025
“And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.” Revelation 21:4 KJV
The family of Juan Ayala, Jr. announces the passing of their beloved father, husband, grandfather, and brother. Juan, who was 59 years old, was born on December 8, 1965, and died on March 29, 2025. He dedicated his life to his family and was a loving and supportive husband, father, grandfather, and brother. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Nora Ayala; his three daughters, Yvette Smith, Jesus (Jessie) Ayala, and Gracie Ayala; his son in law, David Smith; his grandchildren, Jaden Smith, Oscar Olguin, Bryce Smith, and Miles Smith; and his siblings, Ray Ayala, Manuel Ayala, and Rachel Baumea.
Juan was always known by those he loved as a strong, outspoken, and smart man. To those closest to him, he was a funny, caring, and loving person who always found ways to make others laugh. He enjoyed spending time outdoors watching people, tending to his garden, and chatting with anyone who passed by. Some of his hobbies included drawing, gardening, collecting knives and nunchucks, reading, and listening to music. A few of Juan's favorite music genres were rock, Spanish, country, and oldies. Juan grew up in Chandler, Arizona, in a town known as Hightown. He was the fourth oldest in a family of ten. He spent his youth helping his family with fieldwork, where he later met his wife, Nora Ayala, at the age of 18. The two spent 42 years together, 36 of which they were married. He had three beautiful daughters whom he loved very much and often bragged about their accomplishments to everyone he knew.
Juan was always a shining presence and captured the attention of many wherever he went. He was a powerful spirit who will not soon be forgotten by all those who had the pleasure of knowing him. May he FOREVER rest in the loving arms of the Lord.
