Thomas W. Frost
April 30th, 1946 - April 5th, 2025
Thomas W. Frost, age 78 of North Port, FL and formerly Newton, MA, died peacefully on April 4, 2025. He was the beloved husband of Marilyn (Miller) Frost for 55 years.
Tom, son of Robert and Thomasina (Bianco) Frost, was born on April 30, 1946, in Cambridge, MA.
Tom graduated from Waltham High School and attended Northeastern University. He worked as a private investigator for the Commonwealth of Masschusetts and retired from the Newton Police. A dedicated Red Sox fan, he worked with the team during spring training in Fort Myers after retirement. Before his illness, Tom enjoyed family time, golf, and traveling.
Tom is survived by his wife, Marilyn; his children, Thaddeus and Heather, and their spouses, Rita Frost and Dino Cedrone. He also leaves behind his beloved grandchildren, Tim and Ryan Frost, and Kristina and Colt Cedrone, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He is survived by his brother, David Frost (Dorothy) of Venice; his sister-in-law, Suzanne Frost of Lowell, MA; and his brothers-in-law Bob Miller of North Port, FL and Tom Miller (Chris) of Bellows Falls, VT. He was predeceased by his brother, Bob Frost and sister, Theresa Hyde.
Tom belonged to the Sons of Italy and the Massachusetts Association of Italian American Police Officers.
