Vera Sanchez
December 25th, 1958 - April 4th
Vera Palomino Sanchez, 67, peacefully went home to her Lord and Savior on April 4, 2025. She was preceded in death by her husband, Juan Sanchez, 2 sons; Antonio “Tony” Luis Bonilla and Gabriel Bonilla, , US Army. 2 Daughter’s Veronica Bonilla, and Sylvia Marie Bonilla. 4 grandchildren Nadia, CJ, Alysia and Jade.
Beda, as she was known by all that loved her, was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, who always put God and family first in her life. She loved to dance and laugh and she truly cherished her time watching and playing with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Whether it be working on a puzzle, playing her favorite games, or just watching a couple of the little ones wrestling on the floor.

Mission Memorial Park
For almost 100 years, our cemetery has served the residents of the Monterey Bay Area. Mission Memorial Park opened in 1934 as Mission Memorial Cemetery and for many years was run by the City of Monterey. In 1988, Monterey Peninsula Mortuary opened on the grounds of our beautiful Seaside location. In 2007 we closed our Chapel of Seaside at our Noche Buena location and merged the two to become Mission Mortuary & Memorial Park....
