Jaxon Lynn “Apple Jax” Montgomery of Venice was born in Sarasota on February 13, 2025 and passed away on April 17, 2025 at the tender age of 2 months. He is survived by his mother, Krissy Katsaris and father, Matthew Montgomery both of Venice; four sisters, Londyn Montgomery of Venice, Nova Montgomery of Lehigh Acres, Niyah Montgomery of Sebring, Brooklyn Lee Montgomery of Orlando; a brother, Matthew Montgomery, Jr. of North Port; maternal grandmother, Barbara Katsaris of North Venice and paternal grandmother, Donna Vansickle-Lyle of Venice. Jaxon was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Timothy Katsaris, Jr. of Venice and his paternal grandfather, Timothy Montgomery of Knoxville, TN.
Visitation for Jaxon will be held at Farley Funeral Home, 265 Nokomis Avenue S. in Venice on Monday, April 28, 2025 from 5:00PM-7:00PM with the service to immediately follow. A Celebration of Life will follow the service next to 411 Curry Street, North Venice 34275 at the community pool clubhouse.
