Barbara Ann Garcia, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on April 16, 2025, at the age of 71.

 

Born on November 27, 1953, to Christiano Ruben Stollsteimer and Susie Stollsteimer, Barbara lived a life full of love, strength, and dedication to her family. She was a woman of deep heart, known for her gentle spirit, generosity, and the way she made everyone feel welcomed and cared for.

 

She was united in marriage to her loving husband, John Jacquez Garcia, and together they built a beautiful life and family. Barbara was a proud and devoted mother to John Alden Garcia, Jeremy Lee Garcia, and Jeffrey Garcia. Her love extended to her cherished grandchildren: Brianna Garcia, John Andreas Garcia, Serena Chanel Garcia, and Jordyn Garcia, each of whom held a special place in her heart.

 

Barbara was also blessed with the gift of many siblings. She is survived by Leroy, Chris, Danny, Del, Linda, Rick, and Hank Stollsteimer, and preceded in death by her dear siblings, Tony and Josephine Stollsteimer.

 

She held a special bond with her godchildren: David Stollsteimer, Linda Gallegos, Jessica Gallegos, and Vanessa Johnson, loving them as her own and always encouraging them in faith and life.

 

Barbara’s legacy is one of love, kindness, and unwavering dedication to her family and friends. Her memory will live on in the many lives she touched with her gentle words, warm smile, and selfless heart.

 

Her family finds peace knowing she is now at rest, reunited with loved ones who went before her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
