John Mark Creter
July 12th, 1958 - April 9th, 2025
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of John Mark Creter, 66, of Nokomis, Florida. John passed away peacefully on April 9th 2025, at home succumbing to stroke complications.
John Mark Creter was born in Danbury, Connecticut, moving to Sarasota, Florida in 1980. John worked as a plant manager for Serbin printing for 20 years. While simultaneously operating his business "Carpentry Unlimited" his work ethic unsurpassed.
Predeceased by his father, Robert Conrad Creter, age 86 in 2005, mother, Dorothy Hallabeck, age 101 in 2023.
Survived by his loving and devoted wife, Madeline McKeon Creter of Nokomis, Florida.
Son, Brian Creter, Tampa, Florida, Daughter, Dawn Creter, Bradenton, Florida. Daughter, Tiffany Creter LaRocca, Tampa, Florida.
Four grandchildren, Braelyn Creter, Logan Creter of Tampa, Florida. Lincoln Conrad Hiatt, Ava Rose Hiatt of Bradenton, Florida.
Sister, Katherine Creter Hatch and Husband Greg of Danbury, Connecticut. Brother, Robert Creter and wife Sue Woodcock of
Danbury, Connecticut. Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and so many friends.
John loved his family, boating, golfing, live music and his lawn.

A celebration of life is planned for July 12th 2025. Location to be announced.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St Jude's Hospital for Children or the Humane Society.
