Age 98 of St Paul.
Passed away with children by her side April 19th 2025
Preceded in Death by Husband Norman; Son in Law Richard Curtis;
Sister Linda Dahlin; Bothers; In laws; parents; and many friends.
Odie was born July 20 1926 to Arthur & Delores (Current) Dahlin
New Ulm MN. She Attended New Ulm High school where she met her future husband Norm.
Then she attended Minneapolis Business school. While Norm served in the Navy.
Odie and Norm married in Mound MN where they started their 52 year marriage.
Happy to begin their family in Delano MN, later moving to St Paul MN.
Odie remained a homemaker and caregiver to Norman and her 3 Kids
While staying active in the community. After her kids were In school, Odie began working at Bober Drug for many years.
Odie loved to be with family & friends. Always cooking, playing
cards, and spending time at the lake near Willmar MN.
Odie also enjoyed seeing her children, grandchildren and great
Grandchildren, at many holiday gatherings. Odie Enjoyed wintering in AZ
with Norm and in laws and later spending time traveling
with her Sister Linda.
Odie is survived by children Tom (Bonnie), Barbra Curtis, Jim (Laura);
6 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; Brother Russel CO; Many
Nieces; Nephews; Great nieces; and Nephews.
Service of Catholic Mass May 20th 2025 at 10AM St. Thomas Moore
1079 Summit Ave St. Paul MN 55105 Visitation will be 1 hour before mass
at 9AM. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery May 28th, 2025.
