Rafael Eduardo Magaña, 23, of Mesa, Arizona, passed away peacefully at home on May 6, 2025.

Born on July 9, 2001, Rafael was a bright light to all who knew him. He grew up in Mesa and spent his life surrounded by the love of his family and friends. Rafael was known for his adventurous spirit, his infectious energy, and his deep love for life.

He found joy in the simple pleasures—going for drives, traveling to new places, celebrating life with those he loved, and being surrounded by family. Whether it was a road trip or a night out, Rafael brought laughter, warmth, and unforgettable memories wherever he went. He also enjoyed playing video games, listening to his favorite music from $uicideboy$ (G59), and collecting jewelry. He took great pride in his truck, which he loved deeply and often spent time working on or driving around town.

Rafael believed in God and lived his life with faith in his heart. His presence was a blessing, and he will be remembered for the love he gave so freely and the light he brought into the lives of others.

He is survived by his loving parents, Rafael and Maribel Magaña; his siblings, Stephanie, Monica, Oscar, Mailani, and Ismael Magaña; and many extended family members and friends who will miss him deeply.

A memorial service will be held [insert time, date, and location here] to honor Rafael’s life and legacy.

Though he is no longer with us, Rafael’s spirit lives on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
