Kevin James Jaramillo
October 12, 1973 - May 18, 2025
Kevin James Jaramillo, born on October 12, 1973, in Denver, Colorado was sent to his eternal home on May 18, 2025, in Brighton, CO., after a long and courageous battle with cancer. At his time of death, he was surrounded by his loving family at home, he was 51.
Kevin was a devoted son, husband, father, and loyal friend. He worked hard as a skilled collision technician, dedicating himself to providing for his family with tireless commitment. But Kevin also believed in living life to the fullest. He played just as hard as he worked - finding joy in hunting, in the roar of a racetrack, driving the pontoon boat, and in the laughter shared around a campfire. Many will remember him for his sense of humor, and practical jokes. We ask that you remember him not for the way his life ended, but for the way it was lived and for the profound impact it has on the lives of those who had the pleasure of knowing him. His passing has left a void in the hearts of his family, friends, and many more whose lives were touched by him.
Kevin is survived by his wife Candace of 27 years, his loving parents Clarence and Elva, his two children Krista and James and those they love Alex and Shalynn, two grandchildren Hayes and Novalee, sister Kim, brother-in-law Craig, nephews Lucas and Ryan as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Kevin is proceeded in death by his grandparents, many aunts, uncles and cousins whom he loved and cherished.
A memorial service will be held on May 27, 2025, at 1pm at The American Legion in Arvada.
He will be remembered always by his wife and children as their protector and provider. He will be remembered by all for his infectious laugh, and his love of cars.
