Born to Thomas Manks and Margaret Ruth Manks (Scribner) in Decatur, Illinois 04-19-1952 and passed on to God on 05-27-2025.
She grew up in Decatur and later moved to the Phoenix area. There she found the love of her life, Richard Montminy, and they were married in 1997.
She is survived by her husband Rick and their furry kids; sisters Kathy (Mike) Hutchins of Mount Auburn IL, Debbie Morse of Kingfisher, OK, Michelle (Owen) Lourash or Decatur, Il. Niece Nancy (Hutchins) Carter, nephews Mike Hutchins Jr., Josh Hutchins, Matthew Morse and Clayton Morse, Bob McLure and Tony McLure, and Brandon Manks. And many beloved great nieces and nephews. Granddaughter Cheyenne Weakley.
Preceded in death by her parents, Sister Mary McLure, brother Thomas Manks.
She was an outgoing, talkative person who loved to meet new people. She will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
