Samantha "Sammy" Lyne Tober

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Samantha "Sammy" Lyne Tober, who departed this life on June 10, 2025, at the age of 33. Born on June 24,1991, in Gainesville, Florida, she was a cherished daughter, sister, mother, and friend.

 Sammy is survived by her beloved mother, Verlynne Tobar, and her father, Leonard Tober Sr. She leaves behind her dear brother, Leonard Tober Jr., and her precious daughter, Rebecca Tober. Her legacy will continue through her adoring nephew, Leonard Tober III, as well as her extended family, including her grandmother, Nancy Emminger, uncles Verl Emminger III., Ralph Emminger, Mike Emminger, and Chris Hunnicutt, and aunts Star Leconte and Aleda Thompson. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Verl Emminger Jr, and her uncle, Dan Emminger. and many cousins.

 Sammy was a proud graduate of Vanguard High School, a reflection of her dedication to learning and growth. She devoted her life to her family as a stay-at-home mom, embodying kindness, generosity, and loyalty.

 Her curious spirit and honest nature endeared her to everyone who knew her, as she always brought joy and laughter to those around her.

 A lover of music, Sammy found solace and happiness in the melodies that filled her home, often using these moments to bond with her family. Her warm personality and genuine care for others left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her.
