Celeste Carmina Perard January 30, 1920 - August 23, 2014 Celeste Carmina Perard passed away in Molalla, Oregon after a long battle with Alzheimer's Disease. She was born in Spokane,Washington and the family then moved to Portland. She lived most of her life in Pendleton, Oregon and spent some time living in Las Vegas Nevada. She is survived by her daughter Catherine Perard Kennedy, Grandchildren Father John Marshall and Jennifer Massey. Great Granddaughters Adrienne Massey and Broklynn Massey. She was proceeded in death by her parents Cranus and Carrie Graham, brothers Bud Graham and Donald Graham and a sister Phyllis Graham. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Forest Grove, Oregon at 11:00 am on Monday, September 1, 2014. Interment will be at Wilhelm's Portland Memorial in Portland Oregon. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Oregon Chapter of the Alzheimer's' Association.
