Robert C. Ball Jr., of Haines City, FL, passed away peacefully to be with the Lord on June 22, 2025. He was born on November 29, 1947, in Orlando, FL, to Robert C. Sr. and Rosenell Duke Ball. As a child, his family moved to Albion, Pennsylvania, before returning to Haines City in 1958, where he remained a lifelong resident. Robert graduated from Haines City High School in 1966 and Polk Junior Community College in 1968. He dedicated 26 years of service to the USPS, retiring in 2018. Robert was a devoted member of Faith Baptist Church in Winter Haven, FL.

Robert had a passion for woodworking and enjoyed building projects around the house. He loved gardening, yard work, hunting, archery, collecting knives, miniature trains, puzzles, and bowling. His skill in bowling earned him numerous trophies and awards in the Men's league. Robert cherished his church community, where he sang and shared his love for the Lord and gospel tracks. Known for his intellect, kindness, humor, and caring nature, he was deeply devoted to his wife, family and faith.

He is preceded in death by his parents. Robert is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Patricia Ball; stepdaughters, Angela Adams and Stephanie Moreno; sister, Janice (Mason) Allen; nephew, Ashton Allen; four grandchildren, Daniel, Hannah, Garrett, and Wyatt; and a great-grandson, Conway Weeks.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at 10:00 am, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am all at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Haines City. Robert will be laid to rest at Forest Hill Cemetery in Haines City.
