Elizabeth Hale Everidge
July 2nd, 1923 - June 25th, 2025
Elizabeth Hale Everidge, 101, passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2025. She was the widow of James Clarence Everidge.
Born July 2, 1923, in Lynchburg, VA, she was a daughter of the late William Carey Hale and Nannie Witt Hale. She worked in retail sales and was a member of Beulah Baptist Church. She loved to cook; work word find puzzles and she especially loved her grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughter, Sandra E. “Sandy” Marsh and her husband, David, of Lynchburg; one sister Mary Ann Wilson of Bedford, VA and two grandchildren, Matthew Tyler Marsh and David James Marsh both of Lynchburg; a special sister-in-law, Betty Eriksson ; special brother-in law, Wayne Everidge and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 12:00 P..M, Monday, June 30, 2015_at Diuguid Waterlick Chapel with Rev. Ed Vogt officiating. The family will receive friends one hour (11-12) before the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fort Hill Memorial Park,
