David Edward Little
December 31st, 1939 - June 22nd, 2025
David Edward Little, 85, of Colorado, passed away peacefully on June 22, 2025. Born in Breese, Illinois, he was a U.S. Army veteran who proudly served with the 101st Airborne Division in Vietnam, where he found camaraderie, adventure, and stories he would share for life.
After his service, David built a life filled with love alongside his wife of 35 years, Betty Lou “Sheehan” Little, and their two sons. He worked at Coors Brewery for 30 years, known for his dedication and skill. A lover of the outdoors, David especially enjoyed fishing trips to Lake Powell and Florida.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Lou, his son David Jr., and several siblings. He is survived by his son Rodney, daughter-in-law Jennifer, and grandchildren Timothy, Joshua, and Michaela.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on July 9, 2025, at Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver. Reception to follow – location to be determined.
