Ronald P. Fresquez III passed away on July 20, 2025, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, just one day before his 34th birthday. Born on July 21, 1991, in Denver, Colorado, Ronald brought light and laughter to those around him throughout his life.

Ronald was the beloved son of Ronald P. Fresquez II and Chantel Tarrant (Milanes), and stepson to Jessica Janicek. He shared a deep and meaningful bond with each of them. With his father, he embarked on countless adventures—one especially cherished memory being their trip to Yellowstone. They also shared a love for sports (Denver Broncos) and the serenity of the mountains. His mother held a special place in his heart; their tender moments together were often marked by warm coddles and their favorite song, “You Are My Sonshine.” Jessica, his stepmother, made sure he was always cared for—her surprise dinners and shared laughter with Ronald were treasured parts of his life.

Ronald was a devoted brother to Juanito (Lito), Brandyn, Josiah, London, and LaRonn. He never missed an opportunity to spend time with them. Whether it was attending church with Lito and his family or simply sitting with Josiah listening to music, Ronald found joy in every moment they shared. His love for his brothers was unwavering and wholehearted.

He is also remembered by his grandmothers Theresa Fresquez and Sheree (Mike) Baumgartner; aunts Stacy Murray and Alicia Fresquez which he had several precious memories with; as well as numerous other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members who were touched by his presence.

Ronald was preceded in death by his grandfathers Ronald P. Fresquez Sr. and David Tarrant, along with his uncle Dwayne Fresquez.

Throughout his life, Ronald held many jobs that allowed him to meet people from all walks of life. However, it was during his time at the Great Wolf Lodge that he found not only joy but lasting friendships that enriched his days.

Those who had the blessing of knowing Ronald knew that his love and friendship were genuine. His warmth left an indelible mark on everyone he encountered.

May Ronald’s memory bring comfort to all who knew him and continue to shine brightly in their hearts. A Memorial Service will be held on August 2, 2025, from 01:30 PM to 02:30 PM at Romero Funeral Home 4750 Tejon Street. Reception to follow
