Obituary Sandra (Sandy) Lee Kelly who most recently lived in Longmont, CO passed away September 4, 2021. Sandy was born in Greeley, CO on September 28, 1951 to Marian Wagner (Bath) and Elvy Wagner. She lived her early life in northern Colorado, graduating from Loveland High School and Rangely Junior College before living in both northern and central California for many years. Sandy is survived by her daughter Casey Robinson (Kelly) and her husband Mike and grandson Jack; her sister Kathleen Proctor (husband Larry), her brother Monty Wager (wife Amy), nieces and nephews Adam Proctor, Mary Beauchamp, Danny Wagner, and Diana Wagner. She was preceded in death by both of her parents. Sandy loved to read, listen to music, and watch The Voice. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Friends of the Loveland Public Library in Sandy�s honor. Services You can still show your support by sending flowers directly to the family, or by planting a memorial tree in the memory of Sandra Kelly
