Josephine M. Rivera

Josephine (Josie) Rivera passed away on September 10, 2019. She is survived by her children, Theresa (Ronald) Robles and Rodney (Hazel) Rivera; grandchildren Vanessa Robles (Christopher Madison), Matthew Robles, Ashley Rivera (Jake Martin) and Cameron Rivera; great grandchildren Samantha Martin and Jack Martin. She is preceded in death by her husband, Cid Ramon Rivera, both of her parents and all ten of her beloved brothers and sisters. Josephine was born on December 17, 1927 in Delia, NM to the union of Abran and Tomasita (Bustamante) Gallegos. She proudly graduated from Littleton High School in Littleton, CO. Josie worked as a secretary, primarily in the aerospace industry until she retired. Josie enjoyed ceramics, crochet and watching Bronco football with her husband, Cid. She loved music especially from the big band era. She was extremely dedicated to her family and will be truly missed. Services will be held on September 18, 2019 at All Souls Catholic Church, 4950 S Logan St. Englewood, CO 80113 with rosary at 9:00 AM , viewing at 9:30 AM followed by celebration of the mass at 10:00 AM . Burial service will be the following day, September 19, 2019 at Ft.
