Veronica Ramos

Veronica Ramos Trujillo, of Denver, Colorado died suddenly in her home on Saturday, November 11, 2017. She was 64 years old. Veronica is survived by her children, Sergil, Athina, and Lawrence and raised daughter Jessica; her seven grandchildren; and her two great-grandchildren. She is proceeded in death by her two sisters Patsy Archuleta and Sandra Trujillo. Veronica was born in Santa Fe, New Mexico on May 1, 1953 to Thomas Trujillo (Granpo Tom) and Modesta Griego (Grandma Modie). She later moved to Denver with her four beloved sisters, which was where she met Richard Ramos, her best friend and father of her three children. Veronica was a feisty momma bear to her three kids as well as a devoted grandmother. She was a constant figure in her neighborhood. Her fond love of southwestern and native decoration and style defined her, along with her offbeat fondness for the horror genre - especially vampires. Moreover, she is best known for her passion and easy expertise in the kitchen - most notably her green chile and lasagna. There will be a placid viewing for remembrance Friday, November 17th at 11:00 am - 12:55pm, with the eulogy to immediately follow at 1:00pm. This will take place at Romero Family Funeral Home, 4750 Tejon St, Denver, CO 80211. Subsequent, a memorial service to celebrate the life of Veronica will take place the same day, 2:00 to 4:30 at The Issachar Community, 1220 E. 24th Ave. Denver, Co 80205.
