Sean Darnell Edwards June 14, 1982 ~ November 24, 2021 It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Sean Darnell Edwards on November 24, 2021, He was born in Bronx, NY to his parents Donald Romain and Meleanie Young. Sean was known by all as Sean Jon and or SGT Edwards. He attended D.W. Fowler High School in Syracuse, NY. Also, attended CU Boulder, CU Denver in Colorado; State University of NY. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts; A Master's of Communication; Master's of Japanese Language and Civilization. He served his Country in the military in the US Army and the US Navy from June 10, 2005 to September 22, 2013; his final rank was SIG, Collect Analyst Intelligence Operator; received several medals in his years of active duty; Service Member of the Year and Joint Service Medal. His civilian profession was in Crime Information Management Analyst for six years. Sean enjoyed life to its fullest, dancing, music, video games, singing, learning, MMA, wrestling, track, jujitsu, football, anime, photography, Japanese language and culture, linguistics, hiking, nature walks, eating cereal, documentaries, going to the movie theater, discussions and debates. He was a beautiful soul, making people smile and joking around, the funniest guy ever. Sean was known as a gentle giant. He had diverse interests and hobbies. always himself; willingness to he himself. Entirely comfortable in his own skin. He was kind, generous, and always putting smiles on faces. Active in the LGBTQ community; a devoted dog dad. Sean in survived by those who will cherish his loving memory forever; Partner Danny Meza; Daughter McKenna Meza; Parents Donald Romain and Meleanie Young; Siblings, Kevin Schoon, Anthony Young, Latoya Edwards, Dominique Young and Antoinette Young; Katie Walker; His beloved puppies, Gyoza and Vlad.
