Roland James Ruiz went to be with Jesus December 26, 2021 in Denver Colorado. He was born June 19, 1959 in Denver Colorado the son of Johnny Ruiz and Della Griego. Roland attended North High School and afterwards he enlisted to the Marine Corps. Roland had huge Faith, he was a true Marine. Everyone who knew him, knew of love for family, music, good times, and his love of sports. Roland had a heart of gold and helped everyone he came across. He is preceded in death by his father Johnny and sister Veronica Ruiz. He is survived by his mother Della Griego, Arvada, Tracy Sizemore, Arvada, Michelle Kretzer Maryland, son Aaron Ruiz, daughter in law Marla Ruiz, granddaughter Shayla & Athen, AJ Ruiz grandson, daughter Adele Armijo, son in law John Armijo, Isaac Armijo, John Armijo III, Damacio Armijo, Angelo Armijo, Ezra Armijo grandson, Emilia great granddaughter , many nephews, and nieces aunts and uncles.
