Rick "Ricky" Castaneda, son of Pauline Castaneda and Dr. Roberto Salaz, was born in Denver, Colorado on November 29, 1970. Rick was a caring leader, mentor, and an amazing man who loved unconditionally and always put his family first. Rick leaves behind; his wife of 30 years Norma Castaneda, son Adam (Briann), grandson Delphino, mother Pauline Castaneda; siblings Tish Gonzales, Chelin Salaz, Camila (Billy) Lara, Tobias Lopez, Celestina (Jose) Pacheco, and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father Roberto, grandpa Crescencio, grandma Mary, great-grandmother Modesta, and cousin Kimberly Ann. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. We will all cherish his memory. In lieu of flowers, a fund has been established for the grandson Rick adored.
