ENRIQUE CASTILLO DE LA CRUZ, 76 Denver resident Enrique Castillo De La Cruz, 76, passed away on April 3, 2016 at Denver Health Medical Center in Denver surrounded by his loving family. Enrique was born on July 15, 1939 in Matehuala, San Luis Potosi, Mexico the son of Catalina De La Cruz Castillo and Marcos Castillo Florez. Enrique was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend to all he met. Enrique loved to grocery shop, he also loved his newspaper. He especially loved the time he spent with his grandchildren and family. Survivors include his beloved wife Emilia G. Castillo of Denver, CO; son Enrique Jaime Castillo of Denver, CO daughter Maricela Castillo of Denver, CO, daughter Silvia Lopez (Phillip) grandchildren Emiliano, Isabella, Cassandra, Phillip A. and Ethan Lopez of Denver, CO and son Marcos D. Castillo (Andrea) grandchildren Marcos B., Rage A., Deanna J., Xochitl E. and Emilia E. Castillo of Commerce City, CO. Enrique was preceded in death by his parents Catalina De La Cruz Castillo and Marcos Castillo Florez, his sister Graciela Banuelos of Brownsville, TX and his brother Marcos Castillo of Brownsville, TX.
