Joyce LaVern Gomez, 77, of Denver, went home to be with the Lord April 21, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ubaldo George Gomez; grandsons, Del Lee Gallegos and Gary Levi Gomez; she is survived by her children, Betty Jo (Anthony) Abila, Walter Gomez, Gerald (Maria) Gomez, Gary (Rose) Gomez; siblings, Betty, Geraldine, Karl Cordova, Joseph, Carlos, Randy, Noreen Guerrero, Frank Walsh Jr., Judy Vallela; grandchildren, Myrna, Marlene, Felisha, Erica, Keilan, Jonathan; great-grandchildren, Jeriah, Jesiah, Jestena, Alicia, ONdraya, Adrian, Aaron; great-great-grandchildren, Jeriah II, Aniah, Genesia. Also survived by numerous extended family and friends. Visitation and prayer service, 6:00 PM. Thursday, April 30, 2015. Funeral service, 11:00 AM, Friday, May 1, 2015, all at New Hope Ministries.
