Roberto Sandoval 77, of Thornton, Colorado, son of Lamberto and Isabella "Bessie" Sandoval, went home to be with the Lord on May 18, 2015. Born and raised in Brighton, Colorado, he is survived by his loving wife Bernice and three daughters, Diane, Kathy (Johnny), Linda (Tony) who loved him dearly. Robert had two brothers, Joe (Shirley), Johnny (Rosie) Sandoval and a loving sister, Helen (Frank) Sandoval Sanchez. He had 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren and numerous nephews and nieces who adored and loved him very much. Robert served in the United States Air Force and did his basic training at Parks Air Force Base in California. Robert proudly served his country as an Airman, second class and was honorably discharged on February 26, 1959. He loved the Denver Broncos, Rockies and Nuggets as well as his Rifleman, Matlock and Columbo. He enjoyed having Ice cream with his great-grandchildren and was loved by us all, we will truly miss him. Rosary 6 PM. Tuesday. Funeral Service 11 AM. Wednesday both at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 11385 Grant Dr. Northglenn, CO. Internment Ft. Logan Cemetery.
