J. Guadalupe N. Vargas

J. Guadlupe N. Vargas went to be with the Lord on March 9, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Bramador, Jalisco, Mexico on August 6, 1930, to Guadalupe and Maria (Nungaray) Vargas. He is survived by his wife of 54 years Teresa Vargas; children Laurie (Daniel) Barela and Isaura (Ian) Sayer; grandchildren Isabella Barela, Mark Vargas-Sayer, Sofia Sayer, and Jack Sayer. He played the violin with his Mariachi band. Don Lupe loved growing tomatoes, corn, and jalapeos in the back yard of his downtown Denver home. He also grew gorgeous roses which he would pick for his wife. His faith in God was strong. He enjoyed social events, grilling, and spending time with his family. His family described him as very loyal, gentle, faithful, generous, kind, and funny. He was hard working. He respected everyone and was a humble person. He always had a story to tell and advice to give and once he gave you some advice you knew you had a special place in his heart. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. J. Guadlupe N. Le sobreviven su esposa Teresa Vargas de 54 aos; los nios Laurie (Daniel) Barela e Isaura (Ian) Sayer; sus nietos Isabella Barela, Mark Vargas-Sayer, Sofia Sayer y Jack Sayer. Tocaba el violn con su banda de mariachi. A Guadalupe le encantaba el jardn, y crecia sus tomates, maz y jalapeos en su casa en el centro de Denver. Le encantaban las flores, cuales le llevaba a su esposa, cortadas del rosal de la casa. Su fe en Dios era fuerte. Disfrutaba de los eventos sociales, le gustaba las parilladas y de pasar tiempo con su familia. Su familia lo describi como muy leal, amable, fiel, generoso, amable y divertido. No le temia al trabajo y lo hacia con alegra. El respetaba a todos y era una persona sincera y humilde. Siempre tenia una historia que contar y un buen consejo para dar. Dando ese consejo, uno sabia que tenia un lugar especial en su corazn. Ser extraado por todos los que lo conocieron y lo amaron.
