Geraldine Louise Garcia

Geraldine Louise Garcia of Aurora Colorado, at 77 years of age, passed away peacefully Sunday November 8, 2020. Born July 12, 1943 in Denver Colorado, Geraldine (Geri) was the daughter to the late Joe Maes and Amy Rivera. Proceeded in death by her Stepfather - Louis Rivera, Brother - Bobby Maes, Nephew - Arthur Maes, and her In-Laws - Mary and Philip Garcia. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Frank P. Garcia and his family, Daughter - Stacie DeBell, Son in-law - Vince DeBell, and Grandson - Gianni DeBell; Siblings: Ray Maes, Pat Manalo (Anthony), Kenny Maes (Jeanette), and Joanne Maes; In-Laws - Michael Garcia (Libby); Lori Garcia (Joe), Nieces: Michel Maes, Michelle and Elisa Garcia, Carolyne Santisteven; Nephews: Vince Manalo, Bobby and Christopher Maes, and Joseph Garcia II. Geri was a proud Mother, Grandmother, Wife, Godmother, Sister, Aunt and Friend. She was a loving and nurturing person who was always there to listen and lend a helping hand. Geri loved trying new restaurants, movies, listening to music, watching her garden grow, and the serenity of her beautiful home, but what she loved the most was spending time with all of her beloved family and friends. We will all miss you Mom! A Memorial Service will be held at Romero Family Funeral Home on November 20, 2020 for the Immediate Family. A Dedication at Fort Logan will be held at later date.
