Elizabeth Mary Martinez, 92 of Wheat Ridge We knew little that day, that God would call your name. In life we loved you dearly, and in passing we do the same. It breaks our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone. For part of us went with you, the day God called you home. With profound sadness the Martinez family shares the passing of their beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother, Elizabeth Mary Martinez, who went to her Heavenly Home on September 18, 2017 in Wheat Ridge. Elizabeth was born on June 3, 1925 in Carbondale, Colorado, to her parents Silvano and Lucaria Atencio. Visitation & Viewing will be held on Monday, September 25, 2017 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. A Celebration of Life service, Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at 11:00am; both services will be at Romero Funeral Chapel, 4750 Tejon St., Denver, Colorado. Intombment at Crown Hill Cemetery, 7777 Wadsworth Blvd., Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
