Richard Joseph Macias Jr

Richard J. Macias Jr., 57, born September 19th, 1965, in Denver, Colorado, to Helen and Richard Macias Sr., entered into rest on November 1st, 2022. Proceeded in death by his father Richard J. Macias Sr. and his brother David M. Macias. He is survived by his mother Helen Macias; his ex-wife Cathy Macias; his children John C. Macias Sr., (daughter-in-law) Brittany Macias, Brandy L. Gallegos, (son-in-law) Gustavo Gallegos, and Ashley M. Macias; his grandchildren Lanaya Macias, Arianna Carmona, Daniel Henderson, Ezekiel Henderson, Ana'veaha Henderson, Analia Gallegos, Gustavo Gallegos Jr., Maria Gallegos, Noah Macias, John Macias Jr.; his brothers James V. Macias, Frank A. Macias, Bob Varela, and Dan Varela. Richard was known by many as a very generous, kind, loving, funny, hardworking, talkative man who liked to cook, but loved to eat even more. Richard was a man of faith who loved Jehovah God, and he was dedicated to his family. He loved spending time with his grandchildren, who called him Bompo. Richard was a proud Journeyman Lineman. He could walk into a place friendless and walk out with friends. He was a selfless man that would give you the shirt off his back. He was a die-hard Bronco fan, who attended many games with his family and friends. Richard was someone you could grow to cherish, one of a kind. He would always leave a positive impact with anyone he crossed paths with. He will be greatly missed and his absence will be felt for many years to come.
