Pete Arthur Trujillo

On June 3rd, Pete's family lost their Patriarch! When hearing of his death, Lee, his wife of 48 years was quoted "My Sweetheart is finally at peace." He was known to us as dad, Pete, Papa Pete, Peter, Honey and daddy. Dad worked for Yellow Cab, Gart Brother's Sporting Goods Store and retired from Coor's Brewery. He loved fishing and gardening. When trying to eulogize dad it was hard to put everything down so with humor this is what we all agreed on.... "Senior Discount", Smoking only 1 cigarette per day, needing an ice cube in his wine (Rhine of course), Coors Beer was always in the refrigerator but he would put in freezer for an extra 20 mins to assure that it was nice and cold, he even set the timer. Sharing the last few drops of beer with Chata I & II (Boston Terriers), and teasing the great granddaughters about going to "Homa Homa" (Oklahoma). We will be missed by all of us, but we are happy knowing that he is in his heaven resting and reuniting those that who have gone before him. Thanks for the memories dad...we love you!! Pete is preceded in death by his parents, Edna & Robert Trujillo;He is survived by his wife Lee Trujillo; Children, Gordon (Jennie) Trujillo, Artie Trujillo & Peggy (Craig) Johnson; Pete is also survived by several siblings; Grandchildren, Anissa (Dan) Sparlin, Courtney Johnson, Curtis Trujillo & Cassie Gallegos; Great-Grandchildren, Aza-Rae Underwood & Havlyn Underwood & many nieces, nephews & cousins.
