Lucille Sue Crockett February 26, 1948 ~ December 21, 2023 Lucille Sue Crockett, 75, went home to be with her Lord on December 21, 2023 She was born February 26, 1948 to Doris and Russell Price in Norcatur, Kansas. Their family moved to Colorado in 1956, and Sue attended Alameda High School, graduating in 1966. She married Robert Brassfield in the 1970s, having two children together before they later divorced. She married Richard Crockett in 2000 and they had a beautiful marriage of 23 years where they went on many beautiful adventures. Sue will be remembered as an artist. She created paintings, pottery, sculpture and jewelry. Above all she will be remembered for her unconditional love, devotion to her family, and her unwavering faith to her Lord. She is Survived by her husband Richard Crockett, her daughter Sara Brassfield, her son Bobby Brassfield, three step children; Brandon (Stephanie) Crockett, Wesley (Shannon) Crockett, and Samantha Crockett, four grandchildren; Abigail Farrow, Tyler (Elizabeth) Crockett, Sebastian Crockett, and Sabrina Crockett, and one great grandchild Jade Rose Crockett. She is Preceded in death by her mother Doris Klingensmith, her father Russell Price, and her two sisters Barbara Thrush and Nancy Phetteplace. Memorial Service will be Friday, January 5, 2024, with Receiving of Guests at 9:00am and the Celebration of Life Memorial at 10:00am, at Romero Funeral ~ Chapel of Repose, 15150 E Iliff Avenue, Aurora, CO. Reception will follow the Memorial Service at the Romero Reception Hall.
