https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=seIL5DSg5jk&ab_channel=StorylineProduction In Memoriam: Estrella (Star) Dorado Marin On the evening of January 3rd, 2024, Estrella went to be with her Savior at North Suburban Hospital in Thornton Colorado as a result of complications related to emergency surgery required from her battle with numbness in her upper extremities due to blood clots. Estrella was 21 years old. Estrella Dorado Marin was born in Denver Colorado at 7:53 PM on July 12, 2002. Estrella (Star) was born in Denver Colorado. She grew up in a loving household with her mom Cynthia Marin and two other sisters Dominique and Adriana. Growing up Estrella was such a sweet, soft spoken, loving child who from a young age was drawn to wrestle with a love for the WWE and practicing on her sisters. She always displayed kindness to everyone she came across. Ever since she was little, she had a heart of gold. She enjoyed spending time with her family and loved ones. Estrella was passionate about art, wrestling, and learning in general, whenever she had her mind set on a goal, she made sure to do everything possible to achieve it. When Estrella was 18, she had joined the Army to wrestle for the World Class Athlete Program. She had a love for various languages, cultures, and had hopes to one day become a translator. Estrella Dorado Marin dedicated her life to making it to the US Olympics and had been doing everything possible to achieve that goal. Estrella Dorado Marin was preceded in death by her mother Cynthia Marie Marin. She is survived by her sisters Adriana Dorado Marin and Dominique Lucero, her grandparents Maria Marin, Carlos Torres, and Thomas Marin, her Godmother Lou Contreras, her great grandparents Charles and Socorro Aragon, various aunts, uncles and cousins along with the Dorado Soto family. The funeral service will be held on 01/30/2024 at Storyline Church. Friends and family are invited to pay their respects during the visitation hours on January 29th from 5 PM until 8 PM at Romero Funeral Homes & Cremations or on January 30th from 10 AM until 12 PM at Storyline Church. She will be laid to rest and buried at Fort Logan following funeral service. **Memorial Contributions:** In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The United States Olympic & Paralympic Foundation in memory of Estrella Dorado Marin.
