Judith "Judy" Ann Wilson
April 18th, 1953 - September 19th, 2020
Judith “Judy” Ann Wilson, 67, died September 19, 2020, with her family by her side in Gilbert, AZ. At her request, a very small service will be held at the home of her daughter for immediate family. Mrs. Wilson was born in April of 1953 in Goodland, Kansas to Dixie & Lyle Pounds. After her mother remarried, they moved to Oregon. Judy traveled extensively through the southwest United States and married Clay Wilson in Fort Stockton, Texas. She instantly became a great mom to her bonus children John and Taleen. Her interests included being a voracious reader, being outdoors and dancing up a storm. She was always interested in learning new things and went back to college in her sixties. She devoted much of her time and energy as a caregiver to family members including her husband, son and parents. When not taking care of family, Judy took care of others as a home health care worker in southwest Colorado. She is survived by her mother and step-father Dixie & Richard Stahl; brother, Martin Pounds; daughter and son-in-law Taleen & Keith Carpenter; and grandchildren, Michael, Tyler and Kalia. She is preceded in death by her husband and son, Clay and John Wilson. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Arizona Humane Society in Memory of Judy Wilson at AZHumanSocietyDonation
