Daniel "Danny" Flores
March 5th, 1949 - January 25th, 2020
Danny was a retired equipment operator from 2 mines, Cypress (Freeport) and Asarco in his 40 year mining career. He was a proud Union brother of the United steelworkers. Danny loved the great outdoors, camping, 4wheeling in his jeep and ATV’s. He enjoyed playing his accordion, dancing, and listening to music. He loved to joke with his friends and family. He was a giving man, he would do anything for anyone. He loved to create with his hands, anything from art work on a sketch pad to wood working, metal Fabricating, painting cars, and construction. He was self taught and very accomplished. He was always in a good mood. His easygoing nature made everyone around him happy. He is survived by his children, Daniel Flores Jr. (Jonica), Sabrina (Israel) Armendariz, Christopher Flores (Margo), Brothers, Leonard Garcia (Cheri), George Flores (Patty), Aunt Carmen, six grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and many cousins, and nieces.
