Patricia Anne Nicoletti, 65, was taken from us too soon and passed away peacefully on November 2, 2022, at her home in Chandler, Arizona. Patricia was born May 31, 1957 in Paterson, New Jersey. Patricia is preceded in death by her parents Murray Nicoletti and Marie G Fasolo, her paternal grandparents Joseph Nicoletti and Anna DeGrado, and maternal grandparents Anthony Fasolo and Vivian Capizzi, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends; dearest Grace McAteer, and ‘her beautiful pop’ Maximillian, the late Sister Marina, Lucy Leone and John Bakker. Patricia is survived by her sister, Donna Nicoletti; brothers Michael of Phoenix, AZ; Joseph and his wife, Elisa of Florida, and Anthony of Florida. Patricia is survived by three nieces and four nephews; Gina Marie of California, Mariah Amanda & family of Arizona, Lisa Marie & family of Kansas, Michael Joseph of Arizona, Bernardo & family of New Jersey and Anthony & family of New Jersey, and Michael A. of North Carolina. Patricia loved the Lord and said her prayers religiously every morning. Patricia’s interest included the late Queen Elizabeth II, reading history books, music, beading, sewing, and her ‘beautiful pops’, Kobi and Kash. Patricia could accomplish anything she set her mind to do. She proved that in the last three years when she set out to sew. She was also impressive with her knowledge and avid interest of Queen Elizabeth II, Henry the VIII, and unusual facts that left us in wonderment of how she knew that. She was the best Jeopardy player and proved over and over her vast knowledge. She loved music often listening to the BeeGees, Genesis-Phil Collins, Patsy Cline, AC/DC, Roseanne Cash, Earth Wind and Fire, Lauren Daigle, and Johnny Mathis. Dr. Delavarri her Neurologist, summed her up best and knew her the least amount of time, “I could tell she was a shining light before I got her and I wished I knew her then”, he went onto to say “in her short stay she impacted the 6th floor nurses’ and they will be sad to hear of Patricia’s passing.” Patricia was noticed, people paid attention to her and in that light, they validated her! Her beautiful life included dear friends Todd & Terry McAteer of Upstate New York, Jeremy, Dawn, Paige and Jacob Treppa of Arizona, Marilyn Jensen of Arizona, Sande Gerritsen of North Carolina, Jill Ibach of New Jersey, Pilar Ramirez of Arizona, Teresa Jenkins of Arizona, MaryAnne Mandarino Sacco of Arizona, Cathy Harbaugh of Ohio, Herbert & Stephanie Budwig of Arizona, and her friends at the ‘A Quilter’s Oasis’ quilt shop. Patricia is also survived by a host of cousins and their families; Dorothy Oliva, Stephen Kempler, Lori Bott, Susan Kapp, Barbara DiPresso, Gloria Kirwin, Dawn Cortese, Frank Fasolo, Sam Cappello, Barbara Tarnowski, Joan Paruta, Anthony Cappello, and Robert Colella. I’ve made a point of mentioning many because we were watching a show once on Lifetime about loss, and she told me if she were to die, all of her family members and friends should be mentioned. I’ve done my best to include as many as possible and apologies in advance to those I’ve forgotten. I couldn’t forget that Patricia is also survived by her furry kids which she affectionately called ‘her beautiful pops’, Kobi and Kash. Anyone lucky enough to be in Patricia’s circle was especially touched by her grace, and loved her very social, genuine, innocent spirit. We are peaceful in knowing that she had a great life despite her developmental challenges. We know that God spared her from much pain and suffering, and now that she has gone home to rest in peace with the Lord and all her family that preceded her, she will be missed dearly. Patricia was cremated and as per her request, there will be no services. However, after some healing has occurred, a celebration of life will be planned in the new year. Contributions in memory of Patricia may be made to a charity of your choice.
