Heather Anne Gunnell, 44, passed away August 14, 2021. She was born on June 30, 1977 in Mesa, the daughter of Jeff and Vicki (Whiting) Gunnell and the oldest sister to Heidi, Wayne and Amber Gunnell. Heather attended MacArthur Elementary, Kino Jr. High, Mountain View High School and graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelors degree in History. Heather worked at the Maricopa County Superior Court for years. In her later years she managed Gunnell's Jewelry, a 70 year old family business in downtown Mesa. Heather is survived by her parents Jeff and Vicki, sisters Heidi (Brian) Burnham and Amber (Tarl) Johnson, 8 nieces and 2 nephews, David and Anne Farnsworth, Bryan and Corliss Toone and eighteen cousins.
